  • Base Layer:
    • 1 tsp green tea powder (matcha or instant green tea)
    • ½ tsp sugar-free tropical punch drink mix
    • 200 ml warm water
  • Middle Layer:
    • 1 tsp sugar-free berry drink mix
    • 150 ml cold water
  • Top Layer:
    • 1 tsp guarana powder
    • ½ tsp collagen powder
    • 100 ml cold aloe vera juice
  • Optional Garnish:
    • Fresh mint leaves or a slice of lime
    • Ice cubes for layering

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Base Layer:
    • Dissolve the green tea powder and tropical punch drink mix in warm water. Stir well until fully combined.
    • Pour this mixture into a tall glass filled halfway with ice.
  2. Add the Middle Layer:
    • In a separate container, mix the berry drink mix with cold water until smooth.
    • Slowly pour this mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a distinct layer.
  3. Create the Top Layer:
    • Combine guarana powder, collagen powder, and aloe vera juice in another container. Stir well to avoid clumps.
    • Gently pour this mixture over the middle layer to complete your tea.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Add fresh mint leaves or a lime slice for a touch of freshness.
