- 1 tsp green tea powder (matcha or instant green tea)
- ½ tsp sugar-free tropical punch drink mix
- 200 ml warm water
- Middle Layer:
- 1 tsp sugar-free berry drink mix
- 150 ml cold water
- Top Layer:
- 1 tsp guarana powder
- ½ tsp collagen powder
- 100 ml cold aloe vera juice
- Optional Garnish:
- Fresh mint leaves or a slice of lime
- Ice cubes for layering
Instructions
Preparation:
- Prepare the Base Layer:
- Dissolve the green tea powder and tropical punch drink mix in warm water. Stir well until fully combined.
- Pour this mixture into a tall glass filled halfway with ice.
- Add the Middle Layer:
- In a separate container, mix the berry drink mix with cold water until smooth.
- Slowly pour this mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a distinct layer.
- Create the Top Layer:
- Combine guarana powder, collagen powder, and aloe vera juice in another container. Stir well to avoid clumps.
- Gently pour this mixture over the middle layer to complete your tea.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Add fresh mint leaves or a lime slice for a touch of freshness.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
