Ingredients

  • 🛒 Precisely Measured Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make delicious homemade chocolate balls:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed biscuits digestive biscuits, graham crackers, or Oreos
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup condensed milk or melted chocolate for a richer texture
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ cup shredded coconut sprinkles, or crushed nuts (for coating)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Crush the Biscuits
  • Place the biscuits (digestive biscuits, graham crackers, or Oreos) in a food processor.
  • Pulse until finely crushed. If using Oreos, remove the filling first for a less sweet result.
  • Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  • Stir until the mixture is smooth, sticky, and well combined.
  • Step 3: Roll the Balls
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball between your hands.
  • Continue rolling the remaining dough until all the mixture is used.
  • Step 4: Coat & Chill
  • Roll each chocolate ball in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or sprinkles.
  • Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  • Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
  • After chilling, your chocolate balls are ready to enjoy!
  • Serve them chilled or at room temperature. They make a perfect treat for parties, snacks, or gift-giving.

Notes

  • Substitute for Condensed Milk: If you don’t have condensed milk, you can substitute it with melted chocolate or honey for a more natural sweetness.
  • Make Them Healthier: Use dark chocolate and unsweetened coconut flakes for a lower-sugar version.
  • Customize the Coating: Try crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or even colored sprinkles for a festive look.
  • Storage Tips: Store chocolate balls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks.
