Ingredients

  • 4 large fresh carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup cold water adjust for desired consistency

  • ½ lemon – Balances flavor & prevents oxidation

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Using a Juicer (Quick & Easy Method)
  • Wash, peel, and chop the carrots.
  • Feed them through a juicer, collecting the juice in a glass.
  • Stir in lemon juice or honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately over ice or chilled.
  • 2️⃣ Using a Blender (No Juicer? No Problem!)
  • Add chopped carrots to a blender with 1 cup cold water.
  • Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Press out the juice, discard the pulp, and serve!
  • 3️⃣ Hand Grating Method (Traditional Way)
  • Grate carrots finely using a box grater.
  • Place the grated carrots in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice.
  • Stir in lemon juice or honey, and enjoy!

Notes

Use Fresh Carrots – The fresher the carrots, the sweeter the juice!
