  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for extra depth of flavor
  • ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Sheet
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone mat.
  • Set aside for later.

  • Step 3: Coat the Peanuts
  • Remove the chocolate from heat and stir in the roasted peanuts until fully coated.
  • Add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Step 4: Form the Clusters
  • Using a small spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Keep clusters evenly spaced.
  • Step 5: Garnish & Set
  • If desired, sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top for a delicious sweet-salty contrast.
  • Let the clusters sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, or place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Step 6: Enjoy & Store
  • Once set, enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container.
  • Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, in the fridge for 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
